The restaurant
VerdeFiume opened in February 2008 following careful restoration of the premises in the historic centre of Bosa. We managed to create a cosy and intimate restaurant with only 22 indoor seats. At the beginning of Spring we are delighted to expand onto the promenade along the river Temo, where tables are aligned under the palm trees giving our guests a relaxing and beautiful place to eat. We offer traditional Italian cuisine as well as many regional dishes in a unique setting, perfect for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or a holiday meal amongst friends.
The food at Verde Fiume is seasonal. Our menu varies according to what is on offer in the local fishmongers and vegetable stores; sometimes we have a special dish of the day because we have been offered a particular delicacy that day by our many local providers. Inspiration comes not only from fresh produce, but also from wonderful recipes passed down through generations.
The wine list at Verde Fiume was created with the intention of tasting, discovering and offering the various wonderful wines produced in Sardinia. There are more than 30 different wines all of which are Sardinian, giving you the chance of exploring the different flavours, colours and fragrances of this magical island.
